John Yoder is Executive Director of Immigrant Ministry Connections. He has pastored in a multicultural international church in Beijing, China and trained pastors across Asia. He has worshipped in over 75 diverse immigrant churches in Minnesota, listened to the stories of their pastors, and coached American pastors regarding partnerships with them. He coaches small group cohorts of pastors and denominational leaders across North America to promote the multiplication of healthy cross-cultural partnerships. One of his particular passions is empowering second-generation immigrants for ministry leadership.
