JD Payne is the Pastor of Multiplication at the Church at Brook Hills in Birmingham, Alabama. He has served with the North American Missions Board of the Southern Baptists and has been a professor at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has also written a number of books including the two mentioned in this podcast, Pressure Points: 12 Global Issues Changing the Face of the Church and Strangers Next Door: Immigration, Migration and Missions.
