Kathy Mort has been involved in short-term missions in several capacities, serving as a team member, leader, advisor, and educational consultant. She is currently the Curriculum and Training Director for MissionExcellence (formerly known as the Standards of Excellence in Short-Term Mission). Previously, Kathy worked in public education for many years. And now, she loves working with churches, schools, and organizations to develop and implement their own training programs to equip their short-term teams.
